Sonisphere 2009 Tickets On Sale!

Wednesday, February 11th, 2009

As we mention earlier in the week, Sonisphere, the latest festival to launch in 2009, will be headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park – a great achievement for a festival with no history as yet.

The tickets went on sale today for the event taking place at Knebworth House over the first two days of August. Weekend camping tickets are on sale now priced at £157.50 (plus booking fee). Other options for the event include a two-day pass without camping (£132.50), family camping tickets and coach options are also available.

60,000 fans are expected to attend over the two days. Sonisphere will have two alternating stages of live music and where the attendees are bored of the music there are DJs, soundsystems, a cinema and freak shows.

Sonisphere is also set to take place in Holland, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Finland.
