In a world festival first, the legendary festival Glastonbury is to host the Novak 3D Disco as part of their nightly entertainment.
The organisers claim it’ll host “eye-popping high-definition graphics” and will revisit “more pop-culture than you could with a time-travelling DeLorean”. The 3D Disco will combine “cutting-edge club music with a classic twist and epic visuals that spill from the screens… literally!”
Glastonbury introduced the renowned ‘Silent Disco‘ to the festival a number of years ago and will be combining the silent disco with the 3D Disco in a sensory overload.
The G-Stage will also be making a welcome return to the Dance Village for ravers who enjoy the Glastonbury dirt under their feet. The G-Stage is known for taking place rain or shine for all those looking for some dance action during the festival.
Tickets for Glastonbury have all sold out now. The festival takes place from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th June 2009 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset. Announced bands include Blur, Bruce Springsteen, Kasabian and Neil Young.
